This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on www.zemedya.com, the website published by Worklab Yazılım Ltd. Şti. ("our Company") under the Zemedya brand, the purposes for which they are used and how you can manage your preference. What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit store on your device through your browser. Browser local storage stores information on your device in a similar way.

Cookies and records used on our website

1. Necessary cookies and records — required for the website to work securely and to remember your choice; they do not require consent and cannot be switched off.

• .AspNetCore.Antiforgery.* — prevents forged requests when forms are submitted; session cookie, deleted when the browser is closed.
• zemedya_consent (browser local storage) — stores your cookie choice (analytics cookies accepted / rejected) and its date; it stays on your device until you delete or change it and is not sent to the server.
• zemedya.admin — created only for authorised administrators signed in to the site administration panel; it is normally a session cookie, and if "Remember me" is selected at sign-in it becomes a persistent cookie for 8 hours, which may be renewed during active use; it is not created for visitors.

2. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — used only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you do not give this consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no measurement request is sent to Google.

• _ga — pseudonymous client identifier that distinguishes visitors; set by Google, expires after 2 years.
• _ga_<measurement id> — keeps session state; set by Google, expires after 2 years.

The information collected with these cookies (pages visited and the referring page, browser language, screen resolution, device and browser type, date and time of the visit, session statistics, approximate location and the fixed-parameter measurement event sent when the thank-you page of the Turkish-language forms is displayed) is processed in order to measure website usage statistics and is transferred to the servers of Google, the provider of the service, located abroad. When you accept analytics cookies, the Google tag also reports page views and the thank-you page measurement event to Google Ads conversion measurement, without creating advertising cookies and with ad personalisation switched off. Managing your preference

The cookie notice is shown on your first visit; you can choose "Reject" or "Accept". You can change your choice and withdraw your consent at any time via the "Change cookie preference" link at the bottom of the page; when consent is withdrawn, analytics measurement stops and the analytics cookies on your device are deleted. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may affect the forms.
